Two commentsI love this recipe. It comes out just as good as any other melt in the middle chocolate pudding you might buy in a supermarket. It's a real show stopper of a dessert - great for a dinner party or a romantic dessert for two. Just make sure you do grease the moulds before hand, otherwise the fondant mixture will get stuck to the sides and you'll end up with a lot of runny chocolate.
