This soup is filling and tasty and looks like it could be used on the set of a zombie flick. It's also vegan and gluten free.

A really quick and easy chocolate tart which needs no cooking. Made with plain chocolate and no added sugar it's a perfect dinner party treat for adults It contains no raw eggs, so is suitable for children, although you may wish to omit the alcohol and use milk chocolate for a sweeter finish.....

I love this recipe. It comes out just as good as any other melt in the middle chocolate pudding you might buy in a supermarket. It's a real show stopper of a dessert - great for a dinner party or a romantic dessert for two. Just make sure you do grease the moulds before hand, otherwise the fondant mixture will get stuck to the sides and you'll end up with a lot of runny chocolate.

Two commentsThis salad can be adapted to whatever ingredients you may have in your kitchen. Don’t worry about using exact quantities, I believe salads can be made according to creativity and good eye measurement.

One commentI got this from an american website, hense the measurements. It is adapted from Nook & Pantry. I made some for a friend's birthday, but only managed to get 6 to them. The rest had to undergo my stringent taste testing! So good I had to share!

Four commentsLovely, moist banana bread for people who don't want nuts but like alcohol. Could be served as a pudding with some creme fraiche.

Two commentsThis recipe is perfect for lazy Sunday afternoons and demands you enjoy it with a cup of tea, I could probably say that for a lot of things though! Using burnt honey instead of the usual golden syrup really adds to the flavour of the flapjack and turns them into something a bit special. It's hard to explain, so you'll just have to try this recipe!
