Tennessee Banana Bread

Tennessee Banana Bread

Lovely, moist banana bread for people who don't want nuts but like alcohol. Could be served as a pudding with some creme fraiche.

A little bit about me...

Food blogger, wine lover, cookery book & social media junkie. Live to eat. Food tastes great in countries with a foreign office warning.

Any hobbies?

Hiking, travelling, writing, reading, cooking, eating, drinking.

Whats your favourite resturant and what should I order?

Your usual breakfast?

Your ultimate comfort food?

Custard - my M-in-laws, made with neighbours eggs from free-range hens and lashings of cream....or mushroom risotto. Death row/ last request meal - organic roast pork with crackling, parsnip, roast potatoes, cabbage, apple sauce and gravy.

What cookbooks should every member have?

Usual suspects with Nigella, Jamie and Nigel all getting a good thumbing (so to speak). Hugh FW Every Day current fave. Tamsin DL used a lot. Ottolenghi naturally. Claudia Roden's Book of Middle Eastern Cooking has saved my life.
