A little bit about me...

I am a passionate home cook and have recently started my own cooking school to try to pass on that passion. Hassle free delicious and beautifully presented food are my speciality. Great ingredients are king.

Any hobbies?

Cooking (obviously), entertaining, learning new stuff, reading, travelling and Oh My God how did I forget eating.

Whats your favourite resturant and what should I order?

Augustines in Cork Ireland order anything - it's all soooo good.

Your usual breakfast?

i like to vary it - sometimes porridge, sometimes, cereal, or scrambled eggs or the unbeatable bacon sandwich - oh and fruit and yoghurt when I am on a health kick.

Your ultimate comfort food?

My mothers Beef Stew - nothing like it for a pick me up!

What cookbooks should every member have?

All of Rachel Allens cookbooks - the bible - Delia Smith which I cut my teeth on. I like lots more too many to mention. Lets just say I need a bigger shelf.
